I need to fix my facebook.?

Okay, so on my Facebook everything I become friends with someone it puts it on my timeline how do I fix it?!? So it doesn't.

It's not in your Timeline but in Newsfeed!
If you don't want to see their updates in your Newsfeed, go to that person Timeline, click Friend, untick Shown in Newsfeed.
If you want to see their updates, but less than usual, put them in Acquaintance list, it's under FRIENDS in your Newsfeed.
