Why don't liberals and the media ever tell us about the negative consequences of Socialism/redistribution?

if people have such a strong desire to do whatever is in their own best interest, why do so many working class folks vote republican?

all the GOP has done for the last thirty years is bleed the working poor nearly to death with regressive "revenue enhancements" (they don't DARE call them "taxes" lest they raise the ire of grover norquist) and redistribute THAT wealth to multinational corporations in the form of subsidies.

Libs and media types don't have a clue. Typically they don't really 'work'. They most try to figure out how to transfer wealth from those who do work and are successful to those who would rather sit at home and collect a check from the government and make more babies they can't afford.
