The way blocking on fb works is once you block someone, you can't view their profile and they can't view yours. So if they go looking for you on fb after you block them and they don't find you, they would probably assume you did... or just think ur not on fb abymore.

When you block someone, you two are invisible to each other until you remove the block. They will never know, unless someone tells them, or they try to search for you. In that case, they could also assume your account is gone.
