I currently have 340 Instagram followers and get no more than 30 likes. How do I get more followers and likes? I use lots of hash tags but they don't work. I've tried follow and unfollowing people but there's a new daily limit. Is there a website I could use? How do I do little games or shoutouts? Please gel. And I'm not a girl so I can't post boobs.
