to shoutout someone i think when you are posting a photo, just put this sign "@" and then the persons username straight after it. in regards to taking a photo from another page just take a screenshot and crop the photo. hope this helps xx

To Shout Out Type @ and than There Username to Take a Picture From Another Page you Have to Save it to your Phone and Than Upload it onto Instagram if you Want to Add it to your Instagram
