On your picture area, put your mouse on it but dont click , it would show an upload picture sign and then click and choose file to upload and then SURPRISE!! It has been uploaded.

If you don't know how to do a simple task such as uploading to Facebook, maybe you shouldn't even be using a computer, and for gods sake please don't procreate.
