My instagram won't let me log in!!?

Ok. I have 2 phones: an iPhone 4 and a Samsung fascinate. When i opened the instagram app on both of them, it was logged out! When I tried to log in, it said i was incorrect! The worst part is that when I try to send a password change email, I can't because i forgot the login for my email! Help me! I have 1.3 k follower! My name: @perffreckles
