why is facebook and youtube not working?

so i used to use google chrome, and youtube didnt work all of a sudden, everytime i open it the web page just say"google can load this page", why!? and how i use opera both facebook and youtube are not working! why? my internet connection is perfectly working!

or tried using internet explorer?

or if you are really panicing, try turning the router on and off
