Should I buy the Samsung Galaxy S3 or iPhone 4S?

My phone's contract is ending soon. At the moment I have a Blackberry Bold, but I have to admit that it is awful and I can't wait to get my new contract! However, I am torn between choosing the GS3 or the 4S. I've tried looking for websites comparing the two but nothing really helps. Any ideas?
-I use the Internet on a daily basis, for Facebook, Twitter, Instagram etc.
-I like to take pictures a lot.
-I want something that is easy to use (not a complicated phone).
-I would like a phone that is an okay size and not too big or small.

iPhone if you're big into music and want the brand name but Samsung otherwise. I have an iPhone 4s and it works fine but my friend has the Samsung and it's much better. I'd switch if it was compatible with iTunes...

iPhone : easier to use
Android : could do more stuff if you would like to
Also Android is really really cheaper.
