is there any software on internet through which a user can chat at one time through various facebook ids ?
somebody is constantly messaging by different ids at the same time from mobile.. how is it possible ?

NO, its unethical activity. Facebook just allow you to use one id at a time from one PC. You can use the various id by using different browser like opera, firefox, Internet explorer, safari, Google Chrome, etc

LOL nothing it there like that , but you can install multiple browsers to use mutiple ID at same time
Install all Mozilla, opera ,IE , Safari ,chrome ... etc

No There is No Software That lets you Do That And In Addition Making More than 1 Account on Facebook According to there Terms of Service Is Not Allowed

No you can use one fb account to chat at a time on a browser. If you want to chat with different ids do this-
1- download and install nimbuzz for pc. Configure your fb chat account settings.
2- download and install Pidgin, and set your fb account for chat.
3- download and install trilliam, miranda and cofigure your accounts.
Now start all these program with different ids.
And chat.
Hope it is simple.
