How do I change my profile picture without losing likes?

How do I change my profile picture on facebook to an already existing picture without losing its likes? Tried to move it to the profile picture album but cannot. Any help is much appreciated, thanks.

If you want to use an already existing profile picture, then you can just click it and make it your profile photo again.

However, if you're just talking about a random photo in an album other than Profile Pictures, it's NOT possible to retain the Likes and make it a profile picture. Sorry.
