What are the chances I get accepted into the following colleges?:?
List of colleges (in no particular special order):
1) Colorado School of Mines
2) Massachusetts Institute of Technology
3) California Institute of Technology
4) Stanford University
5) University of Denver
6) University of Southern California
7) University of Arizona
8) Northern Arizona University
9) Colorado State University
10) University of Colorado

Resume:
I am currently a male, age 17, attending a very small local high school in Colorado going into my senior year. I have a 4.0 Weighted GPA and a 3.8 Un-weighted GPA. I currently have a 25 on my ACT, however I am retaking the test in early September, looking to get at least a 28. My entire high school career I have taken a total of 8 AP classes and taught myself a ninth class.

My extra curricular activities mainly concern Student Government. I have been involved in student government since the 7th grade and have been recognized with many outstanding leadership and school services awards. I am currently the president of the Student Body this year. Within Student Government I have done a good amount of community service for both my school and my intermediate community. Leadership has been in my blood since I was just a little kid. In 5th grade I imagined, lead, and organized an event for the Hurricane Katrina catastrophe in which I advertised around my school and made several speeches to rally non-perishable goods and supplies to send to the Salvation Army and the Red Cross. It was met with unprecedented success as my garage was filled to the roof with supplies. My other extra curricular activities involve a year of tutoring, DJing my school dances, and being particularly interested in cooking and musical instruments.

I have a wide arrange of interests that can serve me well in any of the colleges that choose me. 5 years ago I started to dabble with computers, both through software and hardware. At the time, my brain was not developed enough to fully understand computers, but I did attempt to build one (met with failure). 5 years later I am still intrigued and fully interested in the construction of computers and computer coding, I just haven't found a class that would suit my interest in high school. I also have a significant interest in Business and Economics relating to investments and securities. 2 Years ago I started to follow the stock market religiously. I even participated in a couple of virtual trading games in which I increased my portfolio by 20%. Now, I still dabble in virtual trading games but mainly theorize about where stock prices will go in the future. I also have interests in History, Linguistics, and Social Sciences. I often find myself talking about them endlessly.

As far as recognition, I have been recognized by Student Government as the most reliable and trustworthy leader. I have been recognized by my school faculty as the number one student who excels in making a difference to others (tutoring, etc.). I also have earned Suma C*m Laude (3.99GPA or Higher) 2 times, senior year being my 3rd. I am third in my class of about 35. Major recognition includes: University of Denver giving me a personalized application with no application fee or written essay required, and the Colorado School of Mines awarding me with Outstanding Achievement in the Mathematics and Sciences medal with a $1,000.00 Scholarship if I get admitted. Also included: A personalized application with no application fee or written essay necessary.

My major weakness: I suffer from test anxiety. I study for 4's and 5's on the AP exams, I get 2's and 3's. I study for 32-34 on the ACT, I get 24-26. I am hoping most colleges will see past my testing angst and look at me on a more broader scale.

I always say, your GPA is equivalent to a marathon, while tests are simply sprints.

If you managed to read all of that, thanks for your time.

I would say that your chances are 0 at the elite schools on your list. (MIT, Cal Tech, and Stanford).
You will be competing against an application pool of people with better test scores than you, AND better GPAs. Pretty much everyone who applies has a 4.0.

All of the rest of your schools are state schools, and I think you have a decent chance at all of the rest.
