hotmail/outlook am i blocked? fb profile pic?

I am wondering if my ex blocked my email. We both use Hotmail. Before I used to be able to see his fb profile picture, but it's not there anymore. Does hotmail not do that anymore or am I blocked?

Hotmail is automatically sent to outlook and on the outlook page it can allow you add a photo in your profile section. Outlook does allow you to block emails so my guess is, is that you are blocked. My I'm not an expert.
