How to get a hacked instagram back?

My friend's instagram was recently hacked a couple of days ago, the hacker changed her password and most likely her email associated with her account. Since the hacking, the hacker had done virtually nothing.Deleted a couple pictures then nothing.It seems as though he/she just decided to leave it.Is there any possible way to get it back? She's tried resetting her password, a Facebook reset, virtually everything.Is there a customer service # to call? PLEASE ANSWER. SHE NEEDS HELP.

My answer on that you must get another account, and copy your instagram to your new account, and you must tiell your trusted friend that you have new account, and you must make your account be strong protection, so that you don't hack anymore.
