I want to use same email but fb keeps suggestig old friends i dont talk to?

I use to have facebook but i deleted it a few years ago and now i want to use the same address for my new account. Only problem is when i create the account it suggests friends i use to be friends on my account who i dont talk to anymore and its annoying because i want to use my email for my new account.
And it tells them im back on facebook
How do i create a new account with my old email without facebook suggesting old friends? I dont want to make a new email

You Cant Stop it From Suggesting Friends if you Dont Want to Add Them Just Ignore the Suggestions
