Why can't I connect to Facebook?

I can access other websites, but not Facebook. It loads for a while before coming up with the following message:
'This webpage is not available. [reload] [more]'
My primary browser is Chrome, but I cannot access Facebook on Internet Explorer either. I've tried searching for the answer online with no luck, but it seems like this has happened before.
I can access it from my iPod, however.
Any help is appreciated, thank you.
