is it by inviting friends, joining groups, creating a group?

it says
my profile is incomplete
how can I make it Complete?
also,what do you do here?

I am so frustrated with this, I've added friends, joined groups, and my impact is stuck at 47. I don't know what's going on, but I am frustrated.
