Depends. AKAs have a high reputation to uphold. My school AKA sorority demanded a 3.0 avg. You may have to show them what other impressive activities you've done to make them overlook that GPA.
Btw, if you have a 2.579, don't you think joining a socially demanding sorority will make it more difficult to get your grades up? I wouldn't join yet if I were you. I would focus on school first. I mean, you're in college, get what you paid for first and then supplement your hard work with fun and beneficial activities. |
