Do you have a "restricted list" on facebook?

I've been wondering how common it is for people to have a restricted list on facebook.

How can I tell if someone has me on their restricted list or just doesn't post much on facebook?

It's in their privacy settings. Only they can see it.

Yes I have one. Some people I just don't want knowing everything.
The people on it do not know they are on it, unless, they realize they only see things made public.

I know people who do, but it is hard to stop people finding out. For example, if A mentions to B that they saw C mentioning something on Facebook, and B can't see it, then it becomes obvious to B that they are on C's restricted list.
