Why do i always fear and hesitate to add people on facebook?

And dont ask why i joined because my friends begged me to join facebook along with other social medias like vine, instagram, etc. I know this is stupid and its only social media but i dont want to look like i have no friends when ive only sent friend requests to very very few people from school and cousins. Like i said, i know this is a stupid question, but im just one of those people that you know.... are very hesitant about everything im trying to do. Do you think someone looks like a "loser" if they only have, lets say less than 90 fb friends? Thanks

on fb you don't see how many friends a person have. Number is pretty much a total of people you know.
