What does hashtags mean in posts?
Why do people post a picture with a million hashtags with things realting to the picture on Facebook? What does it mean and what is the purpose of doing it?

Hashags are use to attract attention. Also, Instead of typing the word "number", you can use hashtag as an alternative.
