Is there a way to just see only a friends's tagged photos that aren't in their albums?
So basically tagged photos that aren't uploaded by them; only tagged photo's of them uploaded by others.

If you go to your friend's Timeline and then click Photos, the pics you see that are under "Photo of (friend's name)" are tagged pic of your friends.
