How to get more followers on twitter? PLZ HELP :(?

I've been on twitter for awhile now, and I only have 20 followers, its still stuck on at 20. idk what to do. There are several ways to do that. First you have to follow people on Twitter and interact with them so they follow you back.
If you don't have a Facebook you should get one and connect both Twitter and Facebook accounts, so your friends on Facebook know that you have a twitter account.
