Does Facebook say people are online when they aren't?
So it says my friend is online or "active now" and i sent them a message and it says they saw it but they haven't responded I know my friend is usually on their phone but I forgot they are in class right now so could it possibly just mean that the phone is online or something? Idk please help lol

Sometimes it says their o nline when their not, but if it says they saw it, they ignored u. Maybe they were busy and couldnt get to it. But if it happens over 10 times, theyre ignoring u. Sorry D:

Yes for example if you are logged into facebook on a mobile device and the device is on even though you are not around
