it is common practice now for them to do so , many young people place pictures of themselves doing actions they now regret , but it is to late .(" sorry you are not suitable for the job we had in mind for you" .)

Any company worth being employed by would definitely consider a résumé as part of the recruitment process. They might use it to get the word out about vacancies, to attract a wide range of applicants, but they shouldn't actually do any hiring through it.
