how do i grow my youtube channel?

I'm just starting out and haing trouble growing, I know it's not going to be an overnight sensation, but has anyone got some tips for short and long term. i have bi-weekly uploads and am wondering also is this enough. here's my channel if you want to have a look and make some suggestions

JUST BROADCAST IT!! inbox family or friends tell them to.share it make it a constant thing!
Tag irrelevant things on your video make sure your discription is short and sweet make your title eye catching try uploading EVERY WEEK 3 TIMES a week trust me it WORKS!!
