When im logout on Facebook it appears as im online.. pls give a solution to stop this?

Do you log out from FB from every device that you use to log in FB?
And do you turn off chat in every device you log in FB?

Say, you log out from your computer, but you're still log in from your mobile phone, and it happened that the Chat over there is turn on, so people see you as if you're still on line, eventhough you didn't (maybe partying or asleep).

To avoid that kind of signaling that you're online, do the following trick.

Turn On Chat ➤ click cog icon on top right ➤ click Advance Chat Setting ➤ tick Turn on chat for only some friends (second bullet point) ➤ write a name of your friend who you know never open their Chat, or a friend who you don't care if they know you're on line/not ➤ Save ➤ Turn Off Chat.

I believe you get the idea, so you can modify it as you wish if you want to do the chatting, eg. add another name that you want to chat to that part.
