How does blocking on Facebook work?

So when you block someone, obviously they can't see any of your stuff. So if person one adds a photo of me and them on Facebook, and they block person two, (whom I'm friends with) can person two still see the photo of me and person one if I'm tagged in it?

Yes they will be able to see the photo but they wont be able to click on your name. lets say your name usually is in a.blue text that takes you to your profile when youre tagged,but if you blocked that person,your name will just be plain black text.
