My Facebook A/C is disabled on my P/C, though it's working O.K. on my mobile!?

More than a month ago I tried many times to log in to my Facebook A/C & I got messages telling me that my A/C is disabled. Since it was disabled by mistake for sure, I filled immediately the required form by F.Book & attached the required I.D. & sent it to them more than once, but nothing happened & it's still disabled on my P/C, though it's working O.K. on my mobile!!! Since F.B. are not helping me, can anyone help?

Since you can access your a/c via mobile, so nothing wrong with your Facebook a/c, it's your computer & your browser. Have you tried other browser? Maybe you should ask in the Computer section. Sorry.
