My mobile wont let me upload my photos or videos onto facebook anymore. Help?

I cant upload my pics and videos anymore onto facebook from my phone.. Help?

I have a galaxy s4 and recently I got a memory card so that I could take more photos and videos on my mobile. Anyway now I want to upload them onto facebook but in the corner where it usually gives u an option to click the setting for friends only or public, it keeps going round in a little circle and I keep clicking post but the circle keeps going round. I tried turning the phone off then on and I even tried taking the memory card out again. I want to upload my videos and photos

maybe its because you haven't updated the facebook app.
