Facebook video upload progress bar resets?

I am uploading a video that is 12min40sec in length and is 932MB in size. It is in .MP4 format.
When the video upload progress bar got up to about 70%, it went back to zero and is now going up again.
Is it still uploading? (ie. 7% is now actually 77) or is it frozen or looping or bugging out or something?
Are there any solutions? Will sitting this one out work?

yes sit it out till it uploads .ok. some people jump in before upload is completed .mess things up.

It Should Work you Just got to Be Patient if its Not Working Try Canceling the Upload and Re Uploading it And See if that Fixes The Problem If Not Than its a Problem With Facebook you Cant Fix it Please Contact Facebook at the Help Center and Report the Problem To Them
