Everyone at work is friends on facebook, but me?
I don't know, I kind of feel left out. I don't think Im as close to anyone at work as everyone is with each other. My newer co-workers are even friends with my managers on Facebook. Does this mean they don't like me?

if you requested them and they said no then maybe they dont know who you are or you dont talk to them or something

try talking to them and start conversations

or if you havent requested them then request them

but i dont know
i wouldn't feel to bad about it because its work and at most jobs people don't add each other of facebook anyway

so i wouldn't worry about it

There's a big difference between feeling left out and wanting to be a Facebook friend with everyone at work. Feeling left out, not being a member of "the club" at work makes the workplace a not-so-nice place. On the other hand, if you haven't been asked to join or asked why you haven't joined or have had a friend request rejected, maybe these aren't the people you should be "friends" with. Try to develop a life away from work that includes friends and interests that will add joy and positive things to your life.

If there's a manager that seems friendlier than most, quietly ask him or her about becoming part of the workplace's Facebook group. I have a feeling that they might not know you. Certain people gravitate to things like Facebook and other people (like me) don't. Maybe your co-workers think you aren't interested. Go to their Facebook sites then, at work, you can mention or ask questions about one or two things you see on the page. This will give them the idea that you're interested. Sometimes you have to be a tad overt about getting what you want - without being too pushy about it.
