instagram keeps logging me out? what's wrong?

Yesterday I logged out of my instagram and each time i try to log back on, it immediately logs me out. This occurs on my iphone and on the web too.
My sister logged out of her account and logged back in and had no problems. I tried to log in using her ipod and I get the same problem again. So its not my device, but my instagram account!
Has anyone else experienced this problem? ahhh I can't take it any longer!

I know there was a power cut problem due to the storm couple of days ago, but after that my account was fine. So whats happened now?

Yes, mine is doing the exact same! I logged out yesterday before I knew Instagram went down, and now that Instagram is back I have to log in everytime I open the app. I've never logged out before. Yesterday was the first time I had done it, and now it doesn't let me stay logged in. Hopefully it's just an update error, although when I checked the app there have been no comments or reviews of anyone else having this problem! It's irritating to keep logging back in!
