how to unblock facebook account?

Go to Privacy Settings > Blocking

If that's your Facebook account block by Facebook, you can do nothing, just wait.

If you're block by others, you can't do nothing, the ones who block you is the ones who can unblock you.

If you block others, you can unblock it by going to your Audience Setting then Blocking, then unblock it there.

If Facebook has blocked you, then no one can help....! But, if they ask for photo identification at log in point then we can do something. Go to your mail account where all Facebook mails came, if they ask for identify people then you can search in mail and try to find person asked. Hope this can help !!!
