How to tell who is in a picture?

So I met this person online, and they are really attractive. However, I feel like I recognize one of the pictures. I feel like I've seen it on the Internet or on tumblr or something, but I can't find the original picture. Is there like an app or website that can identify who is in a picture? Or do I just have to ask people if they recognize it too?

copy the picture url and then paste it on google. then it will load a page saying --- For matching images, try search by image---- click the clickable word --search by image--. it will show all the specifications related to the image. Hope it helps!

Click on the Camera Button and Upload the Image and See if you Get any Information on the Picture What Other Sites Have that picture and Possibly the Name
