You can reset your Twitter password if you know your Twitter username or if you added a mobile phone number.

How to send yourself a password reset via email:

1. From the sign in page on either twitter.com, mobile.twitter.com, Twitter for Android or Twitter for iPhone, select the Forgot password? link or click here: https://twitter.com/account/resend_password
2. Enter your email address or Twitter username.
3. Check your email inbox. Twitter will immediately send a message to your account's email address.
4. Click the reset link in that email.
5. Choose a new password.

How to send yourself a password reset via SMS:

If you've added your mobile number to your account in your Mobile settings, you may receive a password reset via SMS/text message.

1. From the Forgot password? page: https://twitter.com/account/resend_password and enter your mobile number or Twitter username.
2. Select Reset via phone, if prompted.
3. Twitter will text you a six digit code that is valid for 15 minutes.
4. Enter this code on the web.
5. You will then be prompted to choose a new password.

If you forgot which email you signed up for with Twitter, check all your email addresses for a new message from Twitter. If you don't remember or no longer have access to your email address or you did not add a mobile phone number or your mobile phone number has changed then Twitter cannot help you. They can only validate your account using the email address and mobile phone number they have on file.

You can try contacting them here: https://support.twitter.com/forms/signin
