Facebook page message?

Welcome I have a question. How to block someone who writes a facebook page ,he write in the messages?
i cant ignore becouse he write a lot of messages
i try report message and ban, but facebook write
" This content is no longer available
The content you requested cannot be displayed right now. It may be temporarily unavailable, the link you clicked on may have expired, or you may not have permission to view this page." ??

Try from the filtering section of privacy settings

go to his/her profile > look at time line > click on activity tab > and select un-friend (if friend) or report/block > then get what u need.
