How can i delete my old Twitter account?

I have an new Twitter account now but I forgot the password and email for my old Twitter and I only remember the username, is there and way I can delete the account? I need to delete it because its an old account and I have written some stupid stuff on there.

Ask twitter look in the help section!

Simple Answer is (NO)

However if you had email notifications on, you may be able to find one of your old Twitter Accounts alerts and delete or stop your account via the HTML message.

OR You can wait 6 months and Twitter will auto delete your account for you.
