Facebook Group Settings?

Hi all
I was trying to restrict the way I receive notifications from my Facebook groups, using that new Microsoft social media toolbar.

I don't know what I've done, but now I can't write a post on any of the groups walls.

I can read and comment on everything, and the write post option appears briefly, then it disappears. Help! :-(

I've been through the settings options on both my phone and the Microsoft toolbar, but I have no idea what I've done or how to undo it!

Simply go to notification tab and check you will easily find the option regarding your problem.
