How to keep to a timetable?
For example like an hour or so in the evening, 'cause I don't want to get addicted etc again. I deactivated it 'cause of bullies, but i may need to reactivate because my drama group sends us rehearsal information through Facebook. Ideas?

I decided to delete mine over bullying as well. If you really don't want a Facebook, you should get with the head of your drama group and ask if there is another way to receive the information. Good luck!
