defamed content on facebook?

someone posted defamed comments about me on facebook confessions page.i got to know about it after a week.till then the comments were taken off.but someone has taken the screenshot of the comments and I have it with me.and even the id seems fake.pls help

You can't stop the distribution of screen shots without having to find each and every upload and getting facebook to take them down. You're better off saving your sanity and just ignoring the bullshit than spending your time and increasing your anxiety giving a fu*k about what these jackholes say about you.

There is nothing you can do other than deny the statements. This is the risk you take by using social media. Anyone can say anything about you and hide behind the total anonymity of the Internet without fear of retribution.

Sorry it happened but there is really nothing you can do unless you can determine beyond all doubts who posted the statements. Proving that isn't going to be easy because even if you can trace it back to a single PC you can't prove who was sitting at the keyboard and typing the messege without a confession or a witness.
