What happens if you get caught using someone eles photos on a social network?

I'm cat-fishing my boyfriend because he cheated on me. I want to make sure he won't do it again, so i stole some girls photos from fb and put them on tagged, and sent him a friend request. i added some other guys to make it more legit. Then some guy sent me a message and it said " fake profile, I reporting u, Thats my sister." I don't want to go to jail. I didn't mean any harm. I just want to be able to trust my boyfriend again. I'm from Baltimore md.

Don't worry, no one is going to launch an FIR against you.

All they can do is, report Facebook and they'll block that account and will ask to verify your identify. Which you really don't need to.
So relax, and trust on your boyfriend if you love him. It's all about Trust after all.
