How do I block myself from seeing my ex's facebook?

Hi! So I am recently single and I am not upset or bitter about it! The relationship just burned out and I think we are both happier being single. My problem is that I do still check his facebook quite frequently, now we are not facebook friends anymore but his page is ridiculously public. I don't want answers like self control or will power, just is there a way I can block his page? And I don't want to block him on facebook as I don't mind him seeing my stuff but I want to stop myself seeing his, for a while anyway. Any way even with actually blocking his page with chrome? Any help would be much appreciated.

Block his name within your Facebook settings; it will remove any updates and possibly any postings on your page.
