Can someone please help me ?
I'm a Senior in HS and have been to 4 different schools in the past 3 years. I'm just really stressed out because come to think of it, I really don't have any REAL friends. I'm mean, don't get me wrong I'm not a loner. I know I few people but, I just feel as though I don't have any true friends. I go to school, talk to a few people, and come home and do nothing; I don't go out , no party's, no nothing. I want to, but I feel like I'm that compatible with the people at my current school. The only time I go out is to the gym or at the park to play basketball. I'm really anxious and I feel like I haven't and probably won't get the " HS experience". At this point, I just want graduate and get it over with.

I just need some good advice (from an adult) and someone to talk to that'll help me get through this and help me boost my self-esteem.

I am willing to exchange e-mails addresses too.

Hey West Coast Prince, From what you presented about yourself, I feel you lack confidence and feel low about yourself. In the first place, bring out your identity to the world, reveal your real name, bring it to attention of the people that you have a real good feeling about yourself. You may be shying away from people, or have negative thoughts about others. I was also the same, until I realized - wow what am i doing to myself and came out with a firm decision to make people like me. I never did stuff out of the my interest, but communicated with people who shared interest with what interested me and walla I have a friends now from all over. Not facebook friends but real friends. I do not expect anything from them, help them out in every other way possible (if i am capable of doing so - and yes no monetary benefits). Eg. One person starting out as a photographer, needed my help - review, criticism about his photos. With my views about his work, he came out better at it and needed a website, which i helped him setup and design (once again no monetary benefits). when he wanted to pay me i asked him to donate whatever he wanted to give me to an orphanage. And that was one of the example.
Now that actually helped me improve my skills in photography, web designing and also some children and made me feel good about myself. So feel good about yourself, respect yourself, treat people as you would like to be treated and see the world change around you.
