I cant seem to log in my instagram?

When i log in with my usual password it wont work.
Instagrams help is alittle low, My email wont work because it says someone is using my email and everything i do to get my email seems to go wrong as well.
I also didnt connect to facebook.
But before I had the password for the email i received a unusual email. I think this is the cause.
Both my passwords for my email and my instagram is the same.
Anybody know what i should do?

The first thing you should do is recover your email account as everything seems to be tied to it. If you cannot get your email password back then your luck is running out.
