how to unblock facebook?

Depends on the reason it's being blocked.

Could be you set your computer to block it and I need to know the version of Windows your using to know how to tell you to check.

If your blocked by the network you using, I cant tell you how to bypass the security setup by the network without knowing the component used and the permission of the network owner.
