Twitter problems................?

Well I have twitter (duhh) and there is this one twitter use (@kelseyhilson) and i hate her more that most pedophiles... Yeah that's how much of a butch she is and to be honest this has ruined twitter for me because on all of my tweets and other people... Most celebrity's have blocked her because if these offensive tweets !! Is there any way to get her blocked all together not just from my account from her account suspended.. Forever.. Kind of thing!! Please help

only if she she is breaking the rules... is she under 13? is she being honest about her name and her age?

there is no "trick" to get someone else's account suspended if they are just being annoying to you if that's what you are asking
