How do I make an Instagram account?

I got sent a link to a picture, but everytime I click it, it says to sign into Instagram, but I can't find a sign up button?

You have to download the app from google play or the app store

Right now, there's no way to make an Instagram account online. The only way to do it is download the app from your iPhone/iPad/iPod touch app store or from the Android market and create one through there.

You Can Only Sign Up For a Account if you Get the App To Get the App you need a Iphone Ipod or Droid In Order to Download it
