How long does facebook take to respond to emails?

My account is not working and I had to send an ID with picture of myself with my name and date of birth. They need a security code and it has been sent to a phone number that I don't use anymore. It has been 3 days and I am unable to access my account. I was wondering how long does it take to get a response back? Do they respond on weekends? I really would love to have my account back and I am soooo upset.

Open the Facebook page. Go to the very bottom and click on the contact or email link and send them an email about the issue you are having. When you change email addresses or phone numbers, you need to update your web page accounts. If you don't there is nothing that can be done.

I had to send my id to get my name changed on FB and they replied the very next day. This was a couple days ago.
Maybe it's because of the weekend but normally someone from the Facebook representative team should have responded already.
