Why does my facebook chat keep turning off?

Okay, I looked EVERYWHERE. I even asked Facebook officially, but there was no reply. Every f*cking time I log in, for 5 seconds the chat works, but then it just crashes and says that it can't connect. The connection is literally perfect. I'm using google chrome.
Can someone please help me? I can't talk to my friends and I need homework since I wasn't in school for two days. Facebook won't even let me talk to them through messages. I've cleared my browsing data... I've cleared everything unnecessary. What do I do?! Please help! ASAP!

Its Either Facebook or the Browser Try a Different Browser If it Works Fine on a Another Browser than its the Browser If it Does Not Than Its a Error With Facebook Please Contact Facebook at the Help Center and Report the Problem To Them
